BLQ BID Boundaries
The Byzantine-Latino Quarter Pico Business Improvement District runs along Pico Boulevard from the 110 Freeway to Western Ave and small portions of Normandie Avenue and Venice Boulevard.
The district also incorporates the communities of the Byzantine-Latino Quarter, North Harvard Heights, and Pico-Union.
